In the summer of 2024, following my sophomore year, I relocated to Los Angeles to work as a Client Experience Intern for Bolton, a sister company of IMA that merged to become “IMA West” during my time there. I worked with the Client Experience Team, managing accounts valued at $75K or more. Our primary focus was ensuring clients were satisfied and well-attended to during the renewal season. For my long-term project, I developed a toolkit of on-boarding materials designed to help future clients navigate and utilize the full range of services offered by IMA. These resources were created to serve as a reference and enhance the client experience moving forward.
