After my freshman year of college, I began my corporate journey with IMA Financial Group, an international insurance company with over 2,000 employees and 25 offices. As a Claims Intern at their Overland Park office, I gained valuable insight into the insurance process and learned from seasoned professionals within the company. My long-term project involved creating a Claims Master Document, where I compiled detailed information and updates for over 2,000 claims and hundreds of accounts. The Claims and Client Relations teams continue to use this document two years later, demonstrating its lasting impact.
